How long is a voucher valid for? +
24 months from the date of purchase. We can extend on request — just give us a ring before it expires and we'll add another six months, no questions.
Can it be redeemed in parts? +
Yes. Any unspent balance stays on the voucher and can be used across multiple visits. Just hand it in at the start of each meal and we'll keep track.
What can it be used against? +
Everything we serve — food, drinks, supper clubs, private hire deposits, even gift vouchers themselves. Not redeemable for cash.
How quickly does the email arrive? +
Almost immediately — typically within five minutes of payment. If you'd like it sent on a specific date (birthdays, anniversaries) pick the date in the form and we'll hold it until then.
Can I post one overseas? +
Yes. Domestic post is £3.50 and arrives in 2–3 working days. International post is £8 and takes around a week. For anything urgent, choose email delivery — it works anywhere.
